Family recipes attached to the rich Hyblean tradition and inspired by the season and the fruits of the garden.

Care on the making, refined presentation, ingredient harmony: a little miracle of courtesy and refinement thanks to, in the cooking, the precious touch of Mrs. Angela, and her husband Giovanni who is an expert of the barbecue cooking. In the hall, the reception is directed by their son Maurizio with competence and politeness.

Pizzas, of which slow-rising dough ensures a high digestibility, are dressed with first-rate ingredients and our garden vegetables. At the end, the wood-fired oven cooking intensifies their goodness.

Our fresh pasta, bread, and desserts are all home made.
